Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your PawMint purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will offer a full refund or replacement.

How to request: Email support@pawmint.co.uk with your order number. We respond within 2 business days.

Conditions: Opened consumable products (water additives, chews) are eligible for refund if faulty or not as described. We do not cover return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
