Shipping & Delivery

PawMint ships all orders from UK-based suppliers, meaning your order stays domestic from the moment it leaves our fulfilment partner's warehouse.

Delivery times

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Shipping costs

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £30. Standard delivery on orders under £30 costs £3.99.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

Delays

While we always aim to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to courier backlogs or adverse weather. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@pawmint.co.uk and we will investigate promptly.

Delivery area

We currently ship to all UK mainland addresses. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses at this time. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Channel Islands, delivery may take 1–2 additional working days.
